Terms and Conditions of Domains
1. Target group of contract termsThese Terms and Conditions are in addition to the general terms and conditions of the Nida Online Service for services where the Customer has ordered the registration, transfer, change of ownership and / or maintenance of the domain name from the Nida Online Service.
2. Domain Definition
Domain Name means the domain name to be reserved on the Internet, for example company.com or company.com, which is reserved and / or provided to the customer by the appropriate registrar on behalf of the Nida Online Service on Customer's request.
3. Customer's Responsibility for the Registration Order
The Customer shall be responsible for any assignments, including registration, renewal and transfer orders, to any Nida Network Service, including any claim for compensation arising from such assignments.
You declare that you will meet the requirements for registering and renewing the domain name you have subscribed to, for example with respect to the registrant and the correctness of the name to be registered. It is forbidden to make orders contrary to these insurance policies, good taste and / or illegal.
The Customer also authorizes Nida Web Service to approve on behalf of the Customer the necessary agreements for the registration of the Domain Name.
4. Registration and / or maintenance service
When ordering a new domain name, transfer of an existing domain name, change of ownership of an existing domain name, or other similar domain product in connection with a web hotel service or other service from Nida Online Service, Customer shall be deemed to have ordered a any active customer-ordered service on the Nida Online Service, such as a web hotel service or domain storage.
As part of the Registration Renewal Service, Nida Online Service will, to the best of its ability, keep the Customer's domain name registered if the Customer has properly discharged its obligation to Nida Online Service, for example, by keeping up to date the contact details.
5. Pricing
The current registration price list is available on the Nida Web site at www.mmd.net. The Nida Online Service reserves the right to make changes to the registration price list, for example if the costs charged by the registrars to the Nida Online Service change.
If the cost of any address terminal in the registration price list increases by more than 20% within one year, Nida Web Services undertakes to notify the customer of this separately by email.
If the Customer's domain name has expired and the Customer wishes to attempt to return it to use, Nida Web Service has the right to charge the Customer a case-by-case fee for the transaction.
6. Renewal of License
Unless Customer expressly notifies Nida Online in writing that it does not wish to continue using the reserved domain, Nida Online has the right to automatically renew the domain on behalf of the Customer and charge the Customer a renewal fee in accordance with its current price list.
You must provide written notice in accordance with this paragraph not later than 35 days prior to the expiration of your registration in order to guarantee timely consideration by Nida Online Service.
If Customer has terminated the Services associated with the Domain Name from Nida Online Service, Nida Online Services shall consider that such termination also applies to the Domain Renewal Service.
If the Customer wishes to renew the domain name himself and it is possible for that domain name, the Customer must notify the Nida Online Service in writing at least 35 days before the registration expires. As a result of this announcement, the Nida Web Service removes the domain from its own automatic renewal and control system and is no longer responsible for the operation or renewal of the domain.
If, for reasons beyond Nida's Online Service, such as Customer's unpaid invoices or domain registrar's changing policies, the Customer loses the right to the Domain Name or its renewal, Nida's Online Service is not liable for damages.
7. Common Extensions
This Annex applies to supplement the specific conditions for the registration, renewal and transfer of domain names.
Common extensions apply to the following extensions:
Domains .biz registered with Neulevel.
Domains .com registered with Verisign Inc.
Domains .info registered with Afilias Limited.
Domains .name, registered with Global Name Registry.
Domains .net, registered with Verisign.
Domains .org, registered with Public Interon Registry.
Domains .mobi, registered with mtld.mobi.
Domains .pro, registered with Registrypro.
Domains .tel, registered with Telnic.
Domains .fm, registered with Dot.Fm.
They must comply with ICANN specifications:
You agree not to contact the Registry for any registration, cancellation, " destruction " or transfer issues: the customer undertakes to contact you directly
Nida Online Service.
You agree not to post or distribute the postal and e-mail addresses of the Registry in your domain's Whois database. Customer undertakes to correct and update the domain information throughout the registration period. You agree to access, copy, distribute, publish, modify and otherwise process your personal information (as provided in the Whois database when submitting your domain name application) to the Registry and / or any Supervisory Authority and / or its affiliated entities. Therefore, you may not oppose their publication on the Whois database unless you simultaneously request the termination of these Terms. Customer is responsible for submitting to Third Parties Nida Online Service and / or the Registry and / or its regulatory bodies and / or their directors, partners, board members, other officers, employees, agents and / or agents for their own acts and omissions requirements and the costs thereof. Costs also include legal fees arising out of, or in connection with, the registration or use of the customer's domain by the customer. This obligation shall continue until the termination of the Registration Agreement.
In the event of a dispute between the parties over the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement, the parties agree, prior to bringing the matter before the courts, that any complaint will always be preceded by an official statement by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The parties may, within ten (10) days of the sending of the letter referred to in the preceding paragraph, initiate such proceedings as they deem necessary, expressly conferring jurisdiction on the Espoo District Court and the District Court for the domicile of the domain name holder.
Nida Online Service and the Registry have the right to leave the customer's domain pending the resolution of the dispute.

You agree that your domain name may be suspended, revoked, or transferred in accordance with ICANN's rules.
The Registry has accepted the rules, in accordance with ICANN's Rules, to correct errors made by the Registry or the Nida Online Service or to resolve domain disputes.

The domain .TEL shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales in the case of a domain name dispute or in the case of a domain name dispute between the customer and the TELNIC Registry.
The courts with jurisdiction are the courts in England and Wales.
.Tel domains cannot be connected to a shared hosting service or to a dedicated server. Telnic automatically configures domain name systems (DNS) and cannot be changed during the order process.
Only a duly authorized service provider of Telnic can guarantee a .tel hosted hosting service.
You must contact Nida Online Service if you wish to change the domain name system of your domain to one of your service providers.
